Realized in rev 344.
Closed.

The main intention is achieved: usability of long result lists and recipient lists
(in the property panel) is reasonably improved. Not only the scrollbar
position is remembered but also the caret position! However, one bug
remains: the scrollbar is always adjusted in the way the caret is inside the
viewport. Thus, a scrollbar position which sets the caret out of sight is not
accurately restored. Note: also in disabled fields the caret position can be set
by clicking.

The scrollbar postions in the propery panel (e.g. in "Description" fields)
schould be preserved. That is, the scrollbar position doesn't change if a
topic is deselected and selected again.

It would be sufficient if the scrollbar positions are preserved within
one client session (not across sessions). Technically spoken, the
scrollbar positions must not necessarily be made persistent at server
side but could be handled solely by presentation logic at client side.
Thus, the realization should not be too hard.

This would improve usability reasonably, in particular in relation to the
new search mimic (clickable result lists in property panel) and new
email feature (clickable recipient lists in property panel).
