Details: The bean-based HTML topic info generator (info(TopicBean) method of class HTMLGenerator) partially omits text from being rendered if it contains an angle bracket charcter (<).

Since rev 334 this bug is open again, but the current modus of operation is required by the "Kiezatlas" application. Further discussion is required.
