Summary: Topic map name change is lost while publishing

Details: If a published topic map is opened from a (shared) workspace a private copy is created. If the name of this copy is changed and the topic map is published again the name change is lost.

One minor problem remains: the properties of the original topicmap in the shared workspace are not updated immedeatly if the original topicmap is still selected in the publishers view. Yet no clue why!
