Annette has forwarded two links, dealing with knowledge graphs and
mentioning xAPI:

I sense a great opportunity for DeepaMehta here, but I know nothing
about the concepts and technology behind xAPI. Would anyone be
interested to investigate this further? Could we introduce a project
that might apply for the http://prototypefund.de/ ?
