[deepamehta-devel] Need help for install signup plugin

Hello Team, 

I need your help. I am using DeepaMehta tool for official use. I am trying to install newly release version 4.6, basic tool is install but i am not able on install sign up plugin here. 

It is giving server startup error. For this i also include its dependent jar file. 

can you help me.
